A note from our owner:
" I know here are many quality EC's out there to chose from. Many can run pipe and set vaults matching what we exhibit here on our website. But what you cannot see from these picture is our resolve. Every project I have ever been on has had issues: shrotened shchedules, back orders, owner changes, utility delays, just to name a few. What makes us different is not how we bend pipe or pull wire. It is how we respond when things go sideways. It is how we perfom under preasure. We have been doing this for a long time and our offic and fiels personnel know how to step up when things get messy. I also know these are just words. Give us a try and see how we we say what we do, and do what we say.
Management Team
President - David Hoover
David began DRE out of his home in the 1980's achieving his C-10 license at that time. He incorporated in 2000. Dave became an expert in design and build projects involving lighting controls and power distribution systems. He carries a certified journeyman number 293. Dave put himself through college with a degree in biology while working to support himself in the field of construction. He took a turn and went into electrical field after falling in love with the intricacies of this dynamic and ever-changing field.
Vice President of Opperations - Andrew Sanchez
Andrew was hired at DRE's in 1995. He was the very first employee ever hired by Dave in the early years. He started as a field electrician and is now Vice President in charge of Operations and is Lead Estimator. His expertise is in utility underground with excellent relationships with LADWP and SCE. He brings with him incredible knowledge of the field of electrical from tilt ups to TI's and is Dave's right hand in all aspects of the business.
Fields Leaders
Franscico Pena- General Superintendant
-Francisco joined us over a decade ago starting out as an Electrical Trainee. He now runs and supervises million dollar plus projects, manages employees in the field and is relied heavily upon for inspections with cities and utility companies. He is a valued and respected asset to our company.
Lupe Paz - Foreman
-Lupe is an expert on so many projects. He is relied on for everything from service calls to tenant improvements to running large industrial jobs. He is valued and admired by all who work with and for him on our projects.
Felipe Vasquez - Foreman-Felipe started as an electrical trainee with our company in the mid 2000's. He is currently and continues to be the lead foreman on some of our most high level commercial and industrial jobsites. Working from the ground up to full completion of intricate and detailed projects.
Aldo - Foreman and Certified Electrical Journeymen
-Aldo started with us 12 years ago as an electrical trainee right out of school. He has learned the ropes and moved up into lead electrician and then foreman. Last year he became a certified journeyman. He is respected and admired for his diligence and expertise on all levels of managing and bringing high end projects to completion from their start to finish.
Abel - Foreman
-Abel has worked hard to become a foreman on many projects. He is a quick study and calm in the face of any storm or problem. He has proved himself a worthy and reliable foreman with much to offer both now and in the future in any given situation.
